Another Avo Fest in the books. This year was a lot of fun, the moment The Upbeat started playing the crowd lit up. The amount of crowd surfing was insane for a local avocado festival, but it's an Upbeat show so I shouldn't be surprised.
It was the 40th year of The Upbeat so this show was pretty special, and that's probably why the crowed was way more lively than last year. They played some classic songs from their discography like, "Farmah Man", "17 @ 17", "Sitting on Capital Hill", and my favorite "Olde Towne". If you've never listened to them before, you should definitely give them a listen, some of the best Ska you'll hear.
Anyways, lets get to the photos. I was on the outskirts of the mosh pit at all times so I had to shelter my camera from getting bumped into for the entire show. This wasn't the biggest issue since I was using a cheap lens I like and a cheap flash. Nevertheless I was able to get 18 photos that I am happy with.
